Frequently Asked Questions

Are the techniques, methods, tools, and sciences used in the sessions safe?

Yes, they are safe for the client and do not cause any psychological or physical harm.

Do the techniques, methods, tools, and sciences used in the sessions conflict with religions?

No, none of the sciences opposite to religious texts are used.

How long will the treatment take?

This depends on the type of programme or service chosen and the status of the client. However, our goal is to get you to the maximum possible level of benefit as quickly as possible.

Is the information mentioned in the sessions confidential?

We take your privacy very seriously. We will never share your information with anyone without your consent. If we ever do share your information without your consent, you can sue us.

What if I did not benefit from the treatment?

You can claim a refund.

What if I cannot afford the treatment?

You can enter the discounted sessions icon and submit a request to obtain a coupon code. We will contact you once we are available.

Can sessions be provided with audio, not video?

No, holding sessions with audio only does not accord with the quality of the session and lowers the desired benefit.

What do you think of medication for psychological conditions?

A licensed psychiatrist can decide it. We encourage our clients to adhere to the instructions of the psychiatrist and the expert doctor.

What are the cancellation policies?

You can submit a request for a refund without an obligation to mention the reason. In case you subscribe to a multi-session programme at a discounted price, sessions held will be charged as individual sessions.

Can you help me understand what I am going through and facing?

Yes, I help you realise your feelings and thoughts and recommend programmes or types of due sessions for you. We also do not show reluctance to apologise if we are unable to help. Our advice to you may be to refer to a specialist if there is a necessary need for medical or surgical intervention.

What can I do to prepare for the session?

Here are a few things you can do to prepare for your session:
• Find quiet a place where you feel comfortable and can speak freely.
• Let the people around you know you are in a session, so they should not disturb you.
• Use a laptop or prop up your phone so that your hands are free to move.
• Install the Zoom app before the session to join.
• If you are pregnant, please inform me in advance of the session.

Are the sessions conducted in-person, or are they exclusively online?

Sessions and programmes are currently available to everyone online. In-person sessions are only available in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
